The Process

01

SIGN LISTING AGREEMENT

This allows us to represent the sale of your property. The commission varies between 5-6% total for both sides.

ESTABLISH PRICE

We will conduct a thorough market analysis of homes selling in your neighborhood to establish a price range. We always recommend pricing slightly below market price to get the most amount of offers.

DUE DILIGENCE

Engage with various contractors to gather a home inspection, pest report, and any other specific reports necessary.

STAGING & PHOTOS

Thoroughly cleaning up the property inside & out in preparation for professional photographs. If possible, we recommend staging your home with furniture for it to present itself even better.

LISTING & MARKETING

Property goes live on the MLS and is marketed throughout various online platforms.

SHOWINGS & REVIEW OFFERS

Get as many buyers through the door with open houses and private showings. Within a few days or a week we should have a pool of quality offers to choose from.


07

ESCROW PERIOD

Once we accept an offer, we open escrow between both parties. During this period, the Buyer performs due diligence and obtains financing. After the Buyer releases all contingencies, the property moves towards closing and the deed is recorded & released at the County.
